The Roaming Remote system can be implemented in one of three levels depending on your system configuration and the level of control desired. Please note, the Roaming Remote system is a software solution and does NOT include the host PC or the mobile device. 

Level 1 - Receiver or Processor Control              Contact us for pricing!

Server program for HTPC and client program for PDA or Windows mobile based Pocket PC or SmartPhone. Client program can control receiver or preamp/processor. Controls volume, allows you to select input sources and setup your system via OSD navigation. Comes with tuner control module for those receivers with a radio tuner. Currently supported receivers and processors are:

    All the capabilities as the level 1 package but also can control your software media player. Features play, pause, fast forward, rewind, stop, subtitles and more. Currently supported software media players are:

    Level 3 - Level 2 + Satellite tuner Control          Contact us for pricing

    All the capabilities of the level 2 package but also can control satellite or cable tuner. Allows you to change channels, get guide and program info, select favorite channels and more. Currently supported tuners are:

    • DirecTV H20-600 and H21 tuners
    • DirecTV HR series (should work) and H10 (should work with proper cabling)
    • Code to control Dish and selected Cable tuners is underway....
